• Easy ordering
Ordering is easy and completely secure. Just choose what you want, add to your basket, and go to the checkout. You will then be asked to complete your payment details (by credit-card), and that's it! We won't charge you until your goods are ready for dispatch, and of course all the transactions are both secure as well as confidential.
• Guarantee
At TodoAlpaca we want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase just return it to us in its original condition within 15 days and we will give you a full refund for the price of the item, excluding postage. Please retain proof of postage.

• Payments
Payments can be made by credit cards. We do not store any credit card numbers or other financial information on our server. To complete the purchase process, you will be transferred to PayPal secure transaction service for handling payment. You can pay by your PayPal account, if you don't have, you can make one at PayPal.
• Shipping
Our deliveries will be shipped with USPS (Priority mail within US or Global Priority Mail outside US). The shipment costs will be calculated based on the country of destination, and based on the total weight of the order. The delivery time will vary between 3-5 days within US or 1-3 weeks outside US, subject to the country of destination.
